Ktima Bellou is an ideal venue for small teams that wish to work undistracted and spend quality & creative time together. Every corporate event is organized with great care & personal attention, taking into account the specific needs of each meeting.
The hotel's Meeting Room is located on the ground floor of the main building, with natural light and accessible for participants with reduced mobility. It is a heated room of 60 sqm, with handmade terracotta flooring and carefully selected furnishings.
It can host events with different layouts & participant numbers:
- Up to 40 people in theater layout, with speaker's podium,
- Up to 18 people in U-shape layout,
- Up to 12 people in boardroom layout.
Available equipment:
- Modern 65" projection screen on a mobile stand,
- Wall-mounted 52" screen,
- Mobile whiteboard (90 x 120 cm),
- Speaker microphones,
- Stationery for each participant.
Additionally:
- A small buffet with organic filter coffee, Nespresso machine, herbal drink & small handmade delicacies can complement your meetings.
- Activities within the estate can be organized to enhance team relationships and quality time together.
In the same room, there is a classical piano that is tuned annually, for small artistic events or music-related meetings.
