A multi-level bird-fauna awareness signature experience for children! The legacy of Euterpe, the Muse of music.
This activity combines collectively the familiarization with our farm's bird fauna and the development of environmental awareness, the role playing, the function of a team, the music and the arts.
- The meeting starts with an audio-visual introduction to selected birds of our property, that correspond with the number of the participating children, their characteristics and their habits.
- It continues with birds' sounds reproduction with special musical instruments by the kids and musician, till their refinement.
- It culminates with a visit to the farm's outdoors, where the children "call" and observe the birds in situ, without however disturbing them in their daily routine.
Day: Every Saturday, all-year round
Time: in the afternoon, depending on the sunset time each season and the consequent behavior of the birds
Minimum number of participants: 4 children
Maximum number of participants: 8 children
